## Please describe the changes this PR makes and why it should be merged:
To fix "Video returned by YouTube isn't what was requested" on Lavalink, I've changed the lavalink part in docker-compose.yml to build the image from Dockerfile instead of pulling official Lavalink image. In the Dockerfile it'll download https://dump.cirnoslab.me/u/Lavalink.jar into /opt/Lavalink

# Important.
